From 2006...
The HOA coalition is working to
place a stop sign at the intersections of Comstock, Holman &
Eastborne.
Residents have noted that Comstock provides a clear route
from Santa Monica Blvd. to Beverly Glen. This has
resulted in increased cut-through traffic. |

From 2006...
The hearings on
the Stars Motel will take place this Thursday at 12:15, Room
1060, City Hall, 200 N. Spring St.
The RAS zone treats all adjacent properties
alike (residential and commercial) and this is creating a
problem for our community in terms of height of projects,
traffic generated and parking. In regard to height, we
cannot have these 50 plus foot high RAS projects towering
over the back yards of homes. When these residents bought
their properties, they did so with an expectation of what
might happen behind their property. |
