Your dues help us communicate with our members and hire the experts and lawyers needed to help our area.

Membership in the Tract No. 7260 Association, Inc., is open to all residential property owners in Tract No. 7260.  Tract 7260 is the area bounded by Santa Monica Boulevard on the north, Pico Boulevard on the south, Fox Hills Drive on the East and Beverly Glen on the West.

Dues are just $25 per year and become due on January 1st of each year.
